The St Pius X School Pastoral Board was formed in 2006 and includes members from the parent body, staff and parish, as well as the Parish priest and the Principal. Each brings a different perspective to the decision making process. Areas for deliberation include Policy Development and Maintenance and Development. The board holds an advisory role in areas of curriculum, staffing and budgets.​
